Hello viewers of the second dimension!!

Today you will know about why I chose to be a forest engineer and I still do.  Been a forestry engineer means felling that we (humans) are part of the entire ecosystem and we need the energy of the sun, the resources like the food and water, the interaction with the others individuals and energy flows among others, but in a sustainable way. It also means felling that we are part of a whole, thinking holistically. All this is related with a sensibility, admiration, and gratitude to the nature. Moreover, studding this imply being capable of understand and interpreting the cycles and processes in the biosphere, so we should be competent to manage the resources in a sustainable way and avoid an indiscriminate use of them. Every word I wrote makes me want to continue studding and finish the career and keep learning about this… because it’s always making me think about how every works and what can I do for conserve the nature in the planet and the relation I have with the universe.

Best Holidays ever!

Hello everybody! Today I was travelling to the university and I remembered one of the most beautiful adventures I had in my life and I would like to tell you about it. Last month, I and four friends started our trip of 5 day to the Region of Coquimbo and it was the best place to go to celebrate the Chilean national holidays (September, 18th and 19th).  We leased an apartment with an incredible view of the beach “La Herradura, this is a very calm beach where we swam without any fear! That was amazing! The first night we were to “La Pampilla” wich is a big party where all the family can go and have fun, eat, drink and listen live music. There was a rollercoaster in there (yes, you read rollercoaster), and obviously we get on it! The second day we went to the beaches “Totoralillo” and “ Guanaqueros”  and we ate “churrascas” (a roasted bread) with avocado. The third day we went to La Serena and we saw the lighthouse, after that we travelled to the “Elqui Valley”.  There we spend the last days and we get extremely relaxed!! We leased a cabin with a swimming pool and we were under water all day! We all had five days at the most beautiful places, having fun with friends…  that was the best of everything.

I hope you enjoyed this post as I enjoyed writing it!
Have a nice day
